6.8/10

The hotel has a lot going for it, including a fantastic location with stunning views and the character of a historic ship. However, I found the rooms to be overpriced, especially considering the lack of clear signage within the ship. Service could use some improvement as well, with a few inconsistencies that detracted from the experience. Overall, it was a memorable stay with room for improvement.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were nice enough, but at $200 a night, I felt they were a bit too pricey for what they offered.
Service
5.0
Service was frustrating at times; there were issues that needed fixing, but the staff didn't seem to address them promptly.
Location
8.0
The location is really cool to explore with fabulous views of Long Beach. It's a unique experience being on a 1930s cruise ship, although you do have to drive into downtown Long Beach.
Dining
8.0
Dining around the ship was quite enjoyable; the food in the restaurant was plentiful and wonderful and the staff was attentive. However, more late-night options would have been nice.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent, especially the observation bar, though it could get a bit crowded.
